Group Bookings
We offer a range of group options including group tickets, tours, room hire and catering.
Our Group booking are charged as below. Please e-mail us on bookings@dltrust.uk for further information and to make a booking.
Group Tickets
Tickets for museum entry is charges at a Concession price (£6.45pp).
We also offer 1 free every 9 tickets bought - meaning a group of 10 pays for 9 tickets.
Children are costed at £3 pp. Please book by e-mailing bookings@dltrust.uk.
Tours
Our museum offers several tours, designed to give you an introduction to Livingstone and/or adjoining topics and help you make the most of your experience. Each tour, including time for questions, runs at approximately 45 minutes. Our tours are charged at: £10 pp.

Room Hire
Your group is welcome to use our rooms as a break-out space for discussion, workshops, or training.
Large Room
For 10 or more people
£25 per hour
Small Room
For less than 10 people.
£15 per hour
Catering
We have an onsite café which offers delicious food, snacks, and drinks! Options include:
- Hot drinks and cake/biscuit selection - £3.50 per head
- Sandwiches, soup, and hot drinks - £6.50 per head
- Sandwiches, cakes, and hot drinks - £6.00 per head

Travel Groups
We offer various options including:
- Museum entry (including tour) £7.50pp
- 1 person every 10 for FREE (9 paid + 1 free)
Refreshments
£7.50pp for soup, sandwiches, tea, coffee, and scones
£3.50pp for tea, coffee, and scones/selection of cakes
Additional options:
- FREE refreshments for driver
- FREE use of room IF refreshments ordered. Can use for secure bag drop/etc
